We’ve been enjoying a lovely and busy fall here at Vineyard Johns Creek. Our Tribe has many upcoming community events as we head into the last two months of the year. With the holiday season fast approaching, we have some fun-themed events on the calendar.
We’re also taking this month to show our gratitude to local organizations and partner businesses. You’ll see our Thankful Thursdays each week on social media, where we focus on giving back!
Tune in to our November 2021 Newsletter for details on an amazing upcoming fundraiser, updates on our progressing community and more!

October Updates
Round Table Event
We had a great turnout at our most recent Roundtable Event.
Our goal is to connect with specific agencies including hospitals, rehab, assisted living, home health, home care and first responders. We hope to discuss each of our responsibilities, hot buttons and limitations. If we’re aware of what each of us can and cannot do, then we can work together to create solutions, allowing us to be more efficient in meeting the needs of our customers, patients and/or residents.
Thanks to all who participated:
- Gaylene Carpenter from Ashwood Meadows Retirement
- Paula Fine from Trinity Life at Home
- Susan Brown from Right at Home
- Brian Williams from Encompass Health
- Cheryl Lilly from Agape Hospice
- Donna McGrane & Lisa Boylan from Ridgeview Institute
- Alan Skully from Johns Creek Fire Department
- Ann Okeson, Corporal Robert Lemke & Pandora (K9) from Johns Creek Police Department
- John Clark, Search & Rescue Volunteer
Construction Progress
We’ve been making fantastic progress on the construction at our community.
To say “Thank you!” to our hardworking construction staff, we treated them to an afternoon ice cream truck!
We’re Thankful for our Community!
We hope you have a lovely Thanksgiving with family and friends. This month, we’re reflecting on all that we’re grateful for.
Remember, the holidays are a time that we all gather and see family members. If you have an older loved one, and you notice some changes, we’re here to help! We offer guidance, support groups and resources for all things senior health and wellness. We’re also available if you’d like to chat about transitioning into a senior community. Give us a call at (770) 999-0266.
